Arctica Food’s Mandate is to provide safe, nutritious and rich-in-taste products. To do so, we apply a rigorous inspection cycle from the beginning to end of the production process.

 

 

Sea Fishing

Our fishermen network consists of highly experienced people who know our waters, the species that live there and how to get the best specimens. Once out at sea, we immediately apply strict selection criteria to classify the different raw materials.

 

 


HACCP

The raw materials are transported to the factory, where they are processed using cutting edge technology and techniques, in a clean and safe environment. This allows us to enhance the stock to its full potential and maximize the flavour of our products. The procession meets the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point standards.

 

 

Inspection and Food Standards

In addition, the transformation process is controlled and approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency throughout the production chain.

All our products meet Canadian Food Standards, which are among the strictest in the world.

In 2018, our products of wild sea cucumber are honorly verified by CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group) Certification. China Certification & Inspection (Group) Co. (CCIC) is authorized by China State Council and is accredited by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ) to be a transnational organization that focusing on services of Inspection, Survey, Accreditation and Testing.
